Can I pause my subscription?

Yes, it is possible to pause your subscription, however terms and conditions may apply. Email alice@speakeasyalice.com should you wish to pause your subscription.

What does my subscription include?

The three and six-month gin memberships both include one 200ml bottle of fine gin sourced from all continents except Antarctica! The bottle is beautifully packaged with tonic waters, recipes and tasting notes for you to enjoy and share.

How does billing work?

Purchasing a membership is like purchasing a product. The full payment is deducted from your credit or debit card through the PayPal portal on our website. Your personal and card details are all kept safe through PayPal (see our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions)

Do you do gift cards?

We sure do! Please email alice@speakeasy.com with your details, the receivers details and the gift voucher amount. You will be able to purchase gift cards from the website in the near future.

Do I need to sign up before I can purchase a subscription?

No. You can purchase your membership without having to sign up first. We will however store your details in our system to keep you up to date with any new gins we have coming in. We may also send you special offers, recipes or events you might be interested in attending. You can opt out of these communications at anytime.

Can I track my order?

You’ll be able to track your order through the Australia Post or preferred courier service Speakeasy Alice chooses for your delivery. We recommend you send an email to alice@speakeasyalice.com to check in on your package arrival time.

Which shipping provider do you use?

Speakeasy Alice use Australia Post and  preferred couriers to deliver your gin.

Do you ship overseas?

Unfortunately not, however we do ship Australia wide!

Can I cancel my subscription?

Unfortunately cancellations are refunds are not possible.

What are your payment options?

Our website processes payment using PayPal. PayPal is an online payments system that supports online money transfers and serves as an electronic alternative to traditional paper methods like checks and money orders. It is safe and keeps all personal details secure.

What if I’m not at home when you deliver?

We recommend you make the necessary arrangement to be at home when your parcel is delivered. It is illegal to deliver alcohol to a premises without a signature from the recipient. Should you wish for your parcel to be delivered to your office instead, this can be arranged by placing your office details in the delivery address box instead.
